By purchasing or using Orange services, you agree to these terms. Package features apply to the package selected at checkout. Final scope, pages, design requirements, integrations, content responsibilities and delivery schedule may be confirmed during onboarding.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, lawful content, required brand assets and timely approvals. Customer delays may affect delivery schedules.

Domains, hosting and third-party services

Domains, hosting and third-party services are subject to provider availability and rules. A domain is not guaranteed until registered. Renewals and work outside the purchased package may cost extra.

Acceptable use and payment

Services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, infringing or malicious activity. Work may begin after successful payment and onboarding. Rights to custom deliverables are subject to full payment and applicable licensing terms.

Changes

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change.
