Refund Policy

Digital services are non-refundable

Orange provides digital services. Once a purchase is completed and domain registration, hosting provisioning, account setup, design work, development work or another digital service has started, the service cannot be reversed to its original state.

Payments are therefore non-refundable once digital fulfilment or work has begun. Domain registration and hosting-related costs are non-refundable after purchase or provisioning.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact info@orangechennai.in with your payment reference. Genuine billing errors will be reviewed separately from cancellation requests.
